How to buy verified African coffee, step by step
A buyer's day-one walkthrough: search verified lots, read the AI trust vouch and price band, draft an RFQ, and pay through the platform.
Sourcing on the marketplace is four steps: search, assess, request, and transact. Here is exactly what each one looks like from the buyer's side.
1 — Search the verified catalogue
Describe your brief in plain language or filter by product, certification, and region. The AI ranks verified lots against your brief with a rationale.
2 — Assess the lot
On the lot page, read the quality evidence, the AI trust vouch (cited to real EUDR/COA/cupping evidence), and the AI fair-price band (labeled an estimate).
3 — Draft an RFQ
Sign in as a buyer and submit a Request for Quotation with quantity, target price, and requirements. Producer identity and contact are shared on acceptance.
4 — Transact
Accepted RFQs convert to orders payable through the platform. (Payments run in sandbox in v1; production rails go live for confirmed orders.)
