About the marketplace

MkulimaOS Marketplace is the buyer-facing storefront where verified African agricultural supply is discoverable, AI-matched to buyer intent, and taken to RFQ and order. It is operated by Spidey Labs Limited and powered by MkulimaOS — the farm-operations platform behind every lot on this site.

Two sides of one trade

MkulimaOS sells farm-operations software to producers and estates: harvest tracking, compliance records, payments. This marketplace takes the verified output of that work to global buyers. The producer's operations generate the evidence; the marketplace makes it discoverable and transactable — without exposing the producer's identity until a deal is struck.

How a lot gets here

1. 1A producer runs their operations on MkulimaOS, generating harvest, quality, and compliance records.
2. 2Those records back a verification batch, from which the lot's EUDR tier and certifications are derived.
3. 3The lot is listed anonymously — coarse region, certifications, EUDR tier, quality evidence — and an AI trust vouch summarizes the underlying evidence.
4. 4A buyer submits an RFQ; on acceptance, full origin and contact are shared and the order can be paid through the platform.

Our commitments

• Anonymization: producer identity is revealed to a buyer only after RFQ acceptance.
• AI honesty: matching, the trust vouch, and the price band are produced by Claude (Anthropic), disclosed inline. The price band is labeled an estimate; the trust vouch cites the evidence it read.
• EUDR traceability: a lot's compliance tier is derived from verifiable per-batch evidence, not marketing.
• Claim discipline: we do not over-claim. We name what is verified, label what is estimated, and never assert a credential we do not hold.

The marketplace is operated by Spidey Labs Limited, the company behind MkulimaOS. Buyers dealing on the platform are dealing with a real operating entity with a production software platform behind it — not an interface over a hypothetical supply chain.
